Robotz is a brand of Spiderz Web International FZC. The terms Robotz, Robotz by Spiderz, Spiderz, We, Us, and Our refer to the same company.

We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates. All orders are shipped through FedEx using their Standard Overnight service. Delivery usually takes up to 48 hours once FedEx receives your parcel from us. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Orders above AED 200 ship free, though this offer may not always be available. Shipping charges are passed on to you at FedEx’s cost and are subject to VAT. Shipping pricing varies by 500 grams where applicable, and we can presently ship up to 18 kilograms per shipment.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply. Address changes after dispatch are handled at the customer’s expense.

FedEx will contact you before attempting delivery. Tracking details are shared once your order is shipped. All deliveries require safe and responsible receipt by an authorised person.
