There are no robots at Robotz, and we don’t plan to employ them just yet. They’re getting better, but not quite there, not yet. And once they’re there, at a more human level, we’ll probably come back here and update our shipping promise.

All items we acquire and ship are carefully received and stored to avoid any form of damage or negligence. We inspect our inventory carefully prior to shipment and ensure that items shipped are always intact and physically perfect prior to packaging.

As we fulfill our orders, we always use extreme care, gloves and the right shipping materials to pack all items safely. This ensures that packaged products are carefully handed over to our shipping partner for processing.

At this time, we ship with FedEx, who handle all deliveries in accordance with the best shipping standards, here in the UAE. Further, we mark all our shipments with Fragile stickers or packing tape to indicate to FedEx carriers that the items in our boxes require care and must never be subject to excessive force or malpractice.

We never ship unpackaged items (products visible to the naked eye), nor do we apply any form of airway bills, invoices, or stickers to any item, whatsoever. We also never ship a damaged or open product, and ensure that all our inventory is top-notch, brand-new products. In cases where we feel there may be an exception to this rule, we clearly mark such inventory as clearance, as-is, or with other similar labelling across our store.
