Robotz is a brand of Spiderz Web International FZC. The terms Robotz, Robotz by Spiderz, Spiderz, We, Us, and Our refer to the same company.

Orders can be cancelled any time before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you’ll need to initiate a return after receiving your shipment.

Orders may be returned if you change your mind, are unhappy with your purchase, or receive a damaged or defective item, within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Returns are not accepted after 15 days or for opened or used products, digital goods, or clearance and “as-is” items.

Approved returns are collected by us and refunded through the original payment method within 30 days after the item is received and inspected.
